hamburger augratin
Not sure what to call this I kind of threw it together tonight but it was good
1 lb hamburger
1 box augratin potatoes
just brown hamburger and drain add augratin potatoes mix according to stove top directions on box (may need to add a little more water if potatoes are not quite done)
fixed some biscuits with this was delicious

i have done that before when i am running low on stuff. works pretty good for boxed mac n cheese with hamburger too.

Does this work with ground turkey, as well?

I am honestly not sure since I don't use much ground turkey. I would think it would though, if I am wrong I apologize

Yes this will work for ground turkey. Do this all the time when the money is tight and only have the turkey in the freezer to use.
