    • No Tears Perfect Sauteed Onions

This perfect no tears sauteed onion recipe takes advantage of those lovely dehydrated onions. Enjoy the flavor of sauteed onions on burgers, hot dogs, or even as a topping for baked potatoes.

      You'll Need:
      • 1/3 c. Dried Onion slices
      • 1 c. Boiling water
Soak the onions in the boiling water, covered. Let set for 10 minutes, drain off any excess water. Wrap in aluminum foil with a pat of butter and a bit of garlic & pepper. Grill 4-6 minutes, (while your burger cooks).

Enjoy! Simple, inexpensive and healthy, virtually mess free

Awesome! I've tried this method before, but anymore I just do the cockpit method where I place the sliced onions in the crock pot with a drizzle of I'm and let caramelize. Simple... easy... and virtually mess free. I just purchased 25lbs. Of onions to dehydrate this week.
