      2 3/4 C. Dried Apples (soak in warm water for about an hour)
      2 C. Sugar
      3 C. Flour (can use white or whole wheat or combination)
      1 C. Oil
      1 C. Chopped Nuts
      2 tsp. baking Soda
      2 tsp. Vanilla
      2 Eggs


      Mix apples and sugar. Let set for an hour. Sift together soda and flour. Beat eggs, oil, and
      vanilla together. Add apples and oil mixture to flour. Mix and bake in greased & floured tube pan for 1 hour in 350 degrees oven.
