1 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. Sour cream
1/4 C. Tomato chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Refrigerate for about an hour prior to serving to give the flavors time to marry.
