3/4 c. sugar, Dissolved in:
3/4 c. hot water;
Add the following:
1/2 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. root beer concentrate.
Cool. Pour into 1 liter
Serve over ice, Drink immediately or store in fridge (Tightly Covered)
To make Root Beer Floats, add 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream to the top of the mug!
