Chips Ahoy Cookies
4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 cup Crisco
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg White
2 tbsp Water (warm)
12 oz Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Blend all ingredients in a kitchen-aid mixer.
Roll into 2" balls and press down to flatten, bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes.
