2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup rice
1 can Campbells Soutwestern Cheese Sauce
1 can water (to mix with cheese sauce)
Half a bag of cut broccoli (any frozen or fresh kind)
Mix cheese sauce, water, and rice together until blended in baking dish. Add broccoli throughout the dish, mixing well. Put chicken breasts on top, spooning a bit of the rice/broccoli mixture on top of each piece. Cover with tin foil and place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for forty five minutes. Remove tin foil, check chicken. Place back in over if not done. Usually takes another half hour depending upon size of chicken breasts.
Garlic Crusted Fried Chicken is a great addition to your chicken recipes. Especially if you like bold flavors and you are a garlic lover. Surprisingly enough the kids loved them too. The leftovers make that chicken salad lunch something to drool over.
