Alaskan Crab Salad
1/2 lb packaged salad
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 lb fancy white crab meat
1/2 cup fat-free Thousand Island dressing
Arrange lettuce salad on plates. Top with tomatoes, cucumber and crab and drizzle with dressing. 2 servings = about 235 calories
