Here is a cheap way to make flavored non dairy liquid creamers…

You will need:
A half gallon reusable container with a lid( I use a 64oz Rubbermaid one with a snap top)
Funnel
4 1/2 cups non dairy powered creamer
one small package of instant pudding (you can substitute 1 cup of chocolate drink mix or eliminate it and add more sugar and extracts to your own taste)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
3 to 4 tsp extract
5 1/2 cups boiling water

We like ours on the sweet side so I always use 1/2 cup sugar and 4 tsp extract. Adjust sugars and extracts for personal preference.

Mix your dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Add water and extract. Blend well. Or you can mix half of it and half of boiling water in a blender(this is what i do)

Pour into container and refrigerate. This will keep for 2 weeks (ours never last that long 😀 )

Here are some of the combinations that we enjoy:

French vanilla pudding
3 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

French vanilla pudding
4 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate pudding
3 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla

Butterscotch pudding
4 tsp hazelnut extract
