Make your own Pumpkin Pasties

Pumpkin Pasties can be open, like a tart or closed for a handheld treat, depending on your preference! Harry Potter first got to enjoy a pumpkin pasty on the Hogwarts Express during his first year when he famously impressed Ron by purchasing everything on the trolley.

These delicious morsels can be made with sugar cookie dough (our personal favorite) or with premade pie or pastry dough. Just cut out round circles (a wide-mouth mason jar lid works perfectly!) of dough and line a muffin tin with a circle of dough.
