    • Night Cap Coffee Mix

Create your own delicious Night Cap Coffee Mix to have on hand for a lightly spiced aromatic evening coffee drink.

2/3 cup nondairy powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup instant coffee, any brand you like
      1/3 cup sugar
1/1 to 1 tsp ground cardamom (I tend to use a bit less)
      1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Combine all of the ingredients into a jar, baggie or other decorative container.

To make a mug of coffee, Use one heaping tablespoon in a coffee mug, fill with hot water, Stir and enjoy.

I haven't made this yet as I need to empty my pantry supply bought on special. I imagine I can make it with Stevia (non-sugar) sweetener and will experiment when I make it. I will also need to check the nondairy powdered coffee creamer is gluten free as this is for my glutenfree husband. many thanks.
