  • Fall Pumpkin Treat for Pets

Fall is a fun time of year, particularly with pets who like to chase the falling leaves! Here's an easy, healthy snack treat that your doggie will truly appreciate!
    Pumpkin Treats for Dogs

    You'll Need:
1 can of Pure Pumpkin (Not pumpkin pie filling)
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 c. plain yogurt

In a medium bowl combine all three ingredients, blending well until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays or small dixie cups (depending on the size of your dog!) and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. To serve, give 1-2 cubes in their food dish.

Fun Fact, did you know that some feeding small amounts of pumpkin will prevent dogs from eating their own poo? A teaspoon per day added to their food is generally enough to prevent this common issue.
