Love it! So easy! Is this cooked in a microwave, though?

Yes, or you could put the ingredients in a ramekin and cook them in the oven for 14-17 minutes at 350F

Tried this, last night. It was ok, but even with an 1100 watt microwave, it needs to be cooked 2 1/2 minutes. I think the next time I make it, I'll put it in a regular oven for the 14-17 minutes at 350F, and see if it comes out better.
