    • Chocolate Mocha-Iced Cake Mix in a Mug

Chocolate Mocha-Iced Cake in a Mug

      8 (1 1/2 to 2 cup) microwave-safe mugs
1 (18.25 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
1 small box chocolate instant pudding mix

Combine ingredients and measure 1/2 cup of mix into a small zip-type bag. Label as "Cake Mix."

      Glaze Mix:

      1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons instant flavored coffee

Place into a small zip-type plastic bag. Label as "Glaze Mix." Attach to the cake mix bag with a twist tie.

      Place into a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwave-safe mug.

The Glaze Mix ingredients are for 1 cake, so you will have to make a batch for each mug you are giving.

Attach the baking instructions on a gift tag:

Mist inside of coffee mug with cooking spray. Empty cake mix into cup. Add 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon water. Mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

I like to use parchment paper for all my baking. It's not a necessity, but it helps keep the baking sheets newer and keep from getting oil build up.
