• Mulled Cider Basket

Mulled Cider Basket- If you want to make a beautiful gift basket in the fall, here's a sweet cider basket idea. Take a medium size basket, line it with a pretty checkered cloth . .

    Add the following:

    1/2 gallon apple cider
    2 pottery mugs
    2 oranges

Create a Lovely Spice Bundle in a small piece of cheesecloth or a muslin bag:

    6 whole cloves
    2 cinnamon sticks
    2 T. crystallized ginger

Arrange the spice bag, Cider, mugs and oranges in the basket.

If you'd like you can attach a tag for directions,
combine the contents of the spice bundle in a pot with the apple cider and 2 oranges sliced thinly. Bring to a simmer for 8-10 minutes, then ladle into mugs. Enjoy!
