2 packages Ramen noodles (any flavor)

1 bunch broccoli florets (about two cups)
1 medium zucchini (split lengthwise & cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
      1 cup shredded carrots
      2 cloves garlic, minced
      2 tbsp olive oil

      Sauce:
      3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
      2 tbsp honey
      2 tbsp soy sauce
      1 cup canned vegetable broth

Fresh basil &/or cilantro, as desired.
