    • Carrabbas Italian Grill Bread Dip Mix

Carrabbas Italian Grill Bread Dip Mix is a savory blend of herbs and spices that can be prepared ahead of time & then tossed together in an instant for a fast decadent appetizer that will impress even the pickiest palette. This also makes a wonderful (affordable!) addition to a homemade Italian Gift Basket meal.

      # 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
      # 1 tablespoon black pepper
      # 1 tablespoon dried oregano
      # 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
      # 1 tablespoon dried basil
      # 1 tablespoon dried parsley
      # 1 tablespoon garlic powder
      # 1 tablespoon minced garlic
      # 1 teaspoon salt

Combine all the herbs together in a small bowl, mixing well. Transfer to a glass spice bottle and label with directions.

To use, put 1 tablespoon of mixture in a small bowl. Generously pour your favorite olive oil over the herbs, allow the flavors to mingle for 15-20 minutes prior to serving.

      * Serve with warm sourdough French bread.

Does this have to be refridgerated because of the minced garlic? Or is it supposed to be made with dried minced garlic?

Any recipe that is meant to be stored in the pantry uses DRIED spices/seasonings only.
