Create a fantastic frozen Chocolate Cherry Pie dessert using dried cherries.

      You'll Need:

      • 3/4 cup dried cherries
      • 2 cups boiling water
      • 3-1/2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
      • 3/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
      • 1 chocolate crumb crust [9"]

Combine Cherries with boiling water in a small bowl, cover and let set 5 minutes. Drain. In a large bowl combine softened ice cream, chocolate chips and cherries, stir well. Pour into Prepared chocolate crumb crust. Cover & Freeze until firm.

Just prior to serving drizzle with Hersheys Chocolate syrup.

Sounds yummy, my hubby loves both cherries and chocolate! Will probably make this for valentines day for him

      Re: Mix: Lemon Pie-filling Mix

This is also great spread on top of a lemon cake, then add whipped cream to the top just prior to serving.
