* 2 1/4 cups gluten-free baking mix
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Combine the ingredients and place in a large ziploc bag or jar. Seal. Attach directions for completing recipe.
* 3/4 cup butter, softened
* 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup egg substitute
Combine 1 jar of mix, softened butter, extract and egg substitute in a mixer. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Drop 2" apart on prepared cookie sheet Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
