• Coconut Cream Cake

    1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
    2 T. Milk
    3 T. coconut cream pudding; mix only
    1 teaspoon coconut; shredded

    Grease and flour two Easy-Bake Oven pans.

    Combine all ingredients in small bowl, except the coconut, mixing until batter is smooth.

    Pour into prepared pans, sprinkle coconut on top. Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until sides separate from pan.
    Remove and cool.
