    • Easy bake Oven Quick Quesadillas

      Create a super fast lunch or snack with these easy bake oven Quick Quesadillas, a simple recipe for the beginner.

      You'll Need:
      1 teaspoon butter or margarine
      2 tortillas; flour or corn
      cheese; grated, cheddar or Jack

      Using the Easy-Bake Oven warming cup, melt the butter. Carefully brush one side of a tortilla with half the melted butter, Turn tortilla over. Top with grated cheese, and place other tortilla on top, creating a sandwich of cheese.
      Brush remaining melted butter on top of tortilla.

      Cut into quarters and place in baking pan. Bake in Easy-Bake Oven one quarter at a time until cheese is melted and top is brown. Repeat with other quarters and serve.

      To add a little spice to your quesadillas- add olives, salsa, chopped cooked chicken pieces or other chopped veggies before adding the cheese. Top with grated cheese.

      I turtle waxed my fridge so I don't have to do any hard scrubbing when it's cleanup time. A quick wipe down will suffice!
