YUP! My mum makes me do it all the time! She absolutely loves this potato bread recipe. forget giving it as gifts, I just keep the kitchen stocked. It's far less to make than to purchase half way decent bread and tastes fantastic!

Hint: I hate the little holes in the bottom of my bread from the paddles so I just use the dough cycle and then let it rise for an hour or so in a oiled bread pan before baking it for 30 - 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven

What size loaf does this make? I am guessing a 1.5 pound?
