    • How to use a Survival Kit:

      1. Gather the Items listed in the kit
      2. Print out a cute listing of the contents so that the recipient knows what each item is for.
      3. Place the items in a baggie
      4. Print out the topper, fold it over the top of the baggie containing the survival kit contents and staple it shut

      Instant Hair Growth Spray: to replace the hair you will lose (Fill a small spray
      bottle with water and a few drops of essential oil)

      While you were Napping NotePad: so you don't miss any messages while you are napping

      Toothpicks: to help prop your eyes open so you don't fall asleep

      Fireball Candy: to put the fire back into your life

      Rubberband: to give you your flexibility back

      Aspirin: for all the new little aches and pains

      Hug and Kiss: because I really do love you
