Neon Sidewalk Chalk

You’ll Need:
3 tablespoons plaster of Paris
2 tablespoons brightly colored paint powder (or glow in the dark paint powder)
1/4 cup water

Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the water, mixing well to completely incorporate pour into:

Molds that have been lightly greased with butter such as solid stick deodorant lids, silicone fudge molds, mini loaf pans that have been lined with foil.

Fold foil to make small long rectangles as displayed in the picture.

Let sit 30-60 minutes or more, gently loosen to remove.
