    • Beef & Broccoli Ramen - Ramen Noodle Recipes

      1 package beef ramen noodles
      2 cups water
      1 tablespoon oil
      3/4 pound beef sirloin cubed
      1 onion cut in wedges
      2 cups broccoli, cut up
      1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
      1 can cream of broccoli soup
      1/4 cup water
      1 tablespoon soy sauce

      What to do:
      Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add seasoning packet. Brown beef in oil with garlic powder. Add onion and broccoli. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add soup concentrate, 1/4 cup water and soy sauce. Simmer ten minutes. Serve over noodles.

        We tried this recipe last night, it was excellent! I bought the cheapest meat I could find at shop & save and reduced the heat just a little bit when cooking so it would cook slower. The meat was good and tender and it was a hit. Nice Dirt Cheap Recipe, I give it

      I turtle waxed my fridge so I don't have to do any hard scrubbing when it's cleanup time. A quick wipe down will suffice!
