• Jello Popcorn Balls

Create your own flavorful popcorn balls for an inexpensive, tasty snack in multiple flavors, try strawberry, cherry, lime, orange and more!

These have AmazeBalls Flavor (or so I was told when I included them in a recent College care package, Bonus- They're LIGHT too!) and are great for snacking on the go, traveling, or munching on midday.

Here is a smaller recipe that makes just 8 balls, perfect for snacks without going overboard.

    8 C Popped Popcorn
    2 C Mini Marshmallows
    1/4 C Butter
    2 T Jello Powder

Put popcorn in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Place pan in 300 degree oven to keep the popcorn warm.

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows, stirring until melted completely. Add the jello powder *whichever flavor you want!),

As soon as the jello powder is completely mixed in, remove popcorn from oven and pour the mixture over the popcorn, stir well to completely coat.

Butter hands and when the mixture is cool enough to handle safely, Form the sticky mixture into balls.

    Makes 8 balls

I've made these and they are really delicious for an occasional treat. For a Fun Spring gift you can stack them in plant pots and make a topiary, adorable!
