    • Diabetic Cinnamon Cookie Mix

      Create your own Diabetic Cinnamon Cookie Mix in a jar, light "sugar" cookie texture and flavor with a hint of cinnamon, these yummy morsels are perfect for dipping in hot cocoa!

      5 tsp granulated sugar replacement
      1 tsp cinnamon
      1 1/2 cup flour
      1/2 tsp baking soda
      1/4 tsp salt


      Measure all ingredients into a ziploc bag or jar, seal. (makes 1)


      To make cookies:
      Combine 2 eggs, beaten
      2 tbsp water
      1 mix


      Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 -12 minutes.


      Exchange 1 cookie: 1/2 bread
      Calories 1 cookie: 41

        should the pan be greased or ungreased?

        I would think the pan would need to be greased. You could probably add some healthy omega 3 butter to this as well to make the cookies more moist.

      Then you would 6 teaspoons (aka 2 Tbs). The teaspoon "serving" is to provide nutrition data breakdown.

      Hey Liss! You say 1 tsp per serving...how does that equate...to use an example...biscuit dough that has 2 tbs baking powder in the recipe?

      1 Tbs Beef Bouillon
      1 Tbs garlic powder
      1 Tbs black pepper
