• Teriyaki Marinade

    Teriyaki Sauce Marinade

    2/3 c. Water
    1/3 c. Soy Sauce
    1/4 c. Rum
    3 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
    2 Tbs. sugar
    1 tsp grated gingerroot (fresh)

    Dump all ingredients into a clean plastic container, shake well. Allow to sit for 10-14 days at room temp. Use to marinate meats.
