I made the ABC muffin mix with half all-purpose flour, and half whole wheat flour. I then followed the instructions to make the Bran Molasses muffins. The bran cereal that I used is All-Bran. The muffins are very good! I froze them and take out what I want, and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds. I recommend this muffin, especially for all of us who are concerned about getting enough fiber.

That is a great idea. I love to bake and use them all of the time but they can be expensive. I may have to make my own.

I have used Borax to get rid of ants and roaches.
I just sprinkle it around the edges of the insides of the cabinets and they all just disappear.
I don't mind using it because it isn't harmful...
