To Unsubscribe from the Daily Discussion List, send an email to:

grocerybudget101_-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com

An email will be automatically dispatched requiring you to Confirm your Request.
Failure to Confirm your request for removal will result in you NOT being removed.
Please note, it can take yahoogroups up to 48 hours to cease sending you email, please do not contact us for help ceasing the mail until after those 48 hours have passed.

When you send the email to the address listed above it *MUST* match the email address you subscribed with, or you will Not be removed.

Example: If your email address is BettyBlue@yahoo.com and you send an email to the unsubscribe address from BlackBetty@bamalam.com you will NOT be Removed.

There isn't anything to Un-Subscribe to unless you've subscribed yourself
to receive updates on individual threads.

Visit the top right hand corner of this page:
1. login with your registered Username and password
2. click on "Settings" (top right of every screen)
3. click on preferences
4. Uncheck Email Notification
Voila. All done.

I only wish to unsubscribe from one news letter or group and did not want to unsubscribe to all the ones listed here.

Could you tell me how to do this?

I'm not sure what you mean by unsubscribing from a newsletter as we have not issued ANY Newsletters in nearly 18 months, or unsubscribing from a group - unless of course you mean the Budget101 Discussion List (hosted by yahoogroups- which is a notification only list of the new posts made here in the forums.) Directions to unsubscribe from that are listed above.

If you mean that you would like to manage your subscription to threads and posts here in the forums here is additional information on exactly how to do that:

I have sort of the same question, I want to unsubscribe from only one of the discussion groups on the yahoo group, but not the whole thing. Is that possible?
