Dijon Mustard
2 Cups Dry white wine
1 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
4 Ounces Dry mustard
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
A few drops of Tabasco sauce
Combine first 3 ingredients, Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Cool & Strain
the wine mixture in a saucepan, gradually add dry mustard and beat until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Cool & Store covered, or vacuum seal. Allow to set for at least 48 hours for flavors to blend well.
