    • Amaretto Cocoa Mix

      Create your own rich, chocolaty Amaretto Cocoa to have on hand for immediate refreshment on a cold winter's day. This mix also makes a lovely addition to any gift basket or care package to a loved one far from home.

      This recipe can be halved (or doubled!) depending on the quantity that you need.

      You'll Need:
      5 1/4 C. non-fat dry milk
      2 C. confectioners' sugar
      1 (8 oz.) jars Amaretto flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
      1 3/4 C. Nestle's Quik
      1 3/8 C. non-dairy powdered creamer (use a 1/8 cup measure 3 times)
      1/4 tsp. salt

      Measure all into a large bowl, mixing well. Divide into small pint jars as gifts.

      Large Batch for Gifting:
      10 1/2 C. non-fat dry milk
      4 C. confectioners' sugar
      2 (8 oz.) jars Amaretto flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
      3 1/2 C. Nestle's Quik
      2 3/4 C. non-dairy powdered creamer
      1/2 tsp. salt

      Measure all into a large bowl, mixing well. Divide into small pint jars as gifts.


      Attach a Tag:

      Amaretto Cocoa
      Add 3 Tbsp to 1 Mug of hot water or milk. stirring well to combine
