Hey guys! I've seen some of you post Meal Plans, so I thought I'd post a small one - just my plans for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. My parents are coming up from SC, so I be making dinner for 4.
Christmas Eve Dinner - I thought I'd do appetizers for dinner
1.) Pigs in a Blanket
2.) Ultimate Party Meatballs
3.) Stuffed Mushrooms
4.) Chili Cheese Dip & Tortilla Chips
5.) White Chocolate Macademia Cookies
6.) Oreo Truffles
7.) Assorted olives & pickles
Christmas Dinner - I always go way overboard, but I love cooking for Christmas!
1.) Honey-glazed ham
2.) Potato Salad
3.) Deviled Eggs
4.) Green Bean Casserole
5.) Apple-Onion Stuffing Muffins
6.) Brown Rice
7.) Triple-Cheese Macaroni
8.) Pumpkin Pie
9.) Andes Mint Brownies

Breakfast: Mini Quiche, Fresh Fruit, Orange Juice, Mini Muffins
Lunch: Fruit, Nuts, Cheese & Crackers, Finger Sandwiches, Christmas Cookies, Fudge
Dinner: Pizza (a family tradition)
Dessert: Whatever's left from today
Breakfast: Overnight French Toast, Fruit, and Cookies
Lunch: Steak with friends
Dinner: Ham, Turkey, Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls, Cranberry Sauce, and Pumpkin Pie
Snacks / Dessert: Egg Nog, Cookies, Pie, and Fudge
Day after Christmas:
Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal
Lunch: Out to eat (fast food) while shopping
