S'mores
Marshmallows
Hershey bars
Graham crackers
Green sticks
Get prepared by getting 1 large graham cracker and breaking it in half. Cover 1/2 of the graham cracker with Hershey bar. Put a marshmallow (or 2) on the stick and hold it over the fire until roasted.
When the marshmallow's roasted, place on top of the Hershey bar, put the other graham cracker on top and bite down.

Strawberry S'more
1 Roasted Marshmallow
2 Graham Cracker Halves
1 Piece of Milk Chocolate
1 Strawberry, Sliced
Roasted Marshmallow golden brown, place chocolate on 1 graham cracker half add roasted marshmallow and strawberry slices and other graham cracker and push together and enjoy.

Peanut Butter S'Mores
2 packages chocolate covered peanut butter cups -- 1.6 ounces
8 graham cracker squares
4 large marshmallows
Place 1 peanut butter cup on each of 4 crackers. Spear marshmallows on long fork or clean stick; toast over campfire coals or over grill on low heat.
Place one toasted marshmallow on top of each peanut butter cup; top each with cracker. Press together and hold for a few seconds to melt chocolate.
Makes 4 S'mores

Banana S'mores
1 firm Banana, sliced
12 graham cracker squares
6 large marshmallows
1 bar (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate candy
Top 6 graham crackers with chocolate squares. Arrange 4 banana slices on each of 6 graham cracker squares.
Toast marshmallows over fire.
Lay 2 toasted marshmallows on the graham square. Top with remaining graham crackers.
Repeat to make additional s'mores.
To Microwave:
Arrange 4 banana slices on each of 6 graham cracker squares. Top with marshmallow. Microwave 12 to 15 seconds or until puffed.
Place 2 squares chocolate on remaining 6 graham crackers. Microwave 1 minute or until just soft. Put halves together to make sandwich.

Cinnamon S'mores
12 cinnamon graham crackers
3/4 cup cocoa-flavored hazelnut spread
24 marshmallows
Break graham crackers in half. Cover one side of each square with the spread.
Toast marshmallows over the fire.
Lay 2 toasted marshmallows on the coated side of the graham square. Top with another square, with the coated side down. Repeat to make additional S'mores.
Serves 12

Toasted Pound Cake S'mores
1 packaged pound cake, cut into 12 slices
3/4 cup marshmallow creme
3 milk chocolate bars, cut in half crossways
Prepare outdoor grill or stovetop grill pan.
Toast pound cake on grill about 2 min. per side. Remove from grill.
Spread each of 6 slices with 2 tbs. marshmallow creme. Place one of the chocolate squares on top of creme. Top each with a slice of remaining pound cake.
Place each of s'mores over indirect heat until chocolate starts to melt, 1 min. or less.
Serve immediately.

Decadent S?mores
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon finely chopped candied orange peel
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
24 chocolate graham crackers, each 2-1/2 inches square
1 cup mini marshmallows
Mix cheese, chocolate chips, orange peel, and vanilla. Spread one teaspoon of mixture on each cracker. Top 12 crackers with 7 to 8 marshmallows. Cover with remaining 12 crackers.
Place crackers in centre of cooking grate. Grill 2 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 12 servings.
