    • Funnel Cake Mix

      If you love the taste of the County Fair, you can bring it home with you! You don't have to pay $5 for a single funnel cake- you can make an entire batch for less than $1.00


      1 c. all-purpose flour
      1 tsp. baking powder
      1/4 tsp. salt
      1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

      Layer all ingredients in Jar Or vacuum
      seal bag.

      Attach Tag/ Directions:

      Combine the following:
      1 egg
      3/4 cup milk
      1 cup Mix

      Blend well. Pour 1/4-1/3 c. batter into a funnel (pour batter into hot oil from funnel bottom)Fry 1 minute on each side (or until golden brown) Turn only once or they will be greasy.

        If you don't happen to have a funnel on hand, you can pour the batter into a ziploc baggie and snip one corner off, drizzle the batter into the grease. Be careful it doesn't splatter onto the bag!

        we went to a craft show they were having in town and the kids spyed the funnel cakes of course. They begged for them and i remembered seeing them on the site and promised them when we got home we would make some and the where very happy with that. And Thank God they where good!!! , and it saved me a lots of money!!!!!
