How to use apple butter?
Hi everyone,
Apple butter is preet unheard of down here in australia. But I came
across a crock pot recipie to make it, and I've curently got a batch
going. I thought I could use some as apple filling for an apple slice
type thing. Can anyone out there give me some ideas please?
Also my lemon tree is full of ripe lemons, and I'm looking for ways to
use them also.
Thanks all from Rhiannon

<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">We use it on toast/bread in place of jelly here- and my grandfather's favorite cake was plain white cake layers with the apple butter spread between them rather than frosting. It was <wonderful>!
