My favorite way now to cook pork chops is in the crock pot. I take a
box of stuffing mix and pour it into the crock pot, add a can
of chicken broth and let that soak into the stuffing mix. Sometimes
I add a can of mushrooms, including liquid. I place the pork chops
on top of the stuffing mix, then add a can of "cream of" soup. Do
not dilute the soup, and make sure you coat all the pork chops. Then
I sprinkle on some Cajun seasoning, but you can use your favorite
seasoning. I can't remember how long it cooks, just a few hours on
high. This was originally a chicken recipe, but it does a great
version with pork, too.
