      <H2>Home Remedies for Dandruff Treatment</H2>


      1. Wash the hair with lime juice.</P>


      2. Diet plays an important role in the treatment of dandruff.</P>


      3. Rub olive oil on scalp, let sit for several minutes and wash off.</P>


      4. Citrus fruits, bananas, dried, stewed, or tinned fruits should not be taken.</P>


      5. Use of fenugreek seeds is one of the most important remedies in the treatment of dandruff.</P>


      6. Rubbing snake gourd juice on the scalp has been found to be beneficial in treating dandruff.</P>


      7. Use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is another useful remedy.</P>


      8. Use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is another useful remedy.</P>


      9. Apple cider vinegar ia good home remedy for dandruff is to mix 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water.</P>


      10. Nettle is also good remedies for dandruff. Add 4 tablespoons of dried nettle to 2 cups boiling water. Steep overnight.</P>

I guess if it were my hubby I would ask him which he dislikes more, having his head itch and be flaky as he's walking around in publicor trying something new in the privacy of his shower that no one else but you and he would know about...</SPAN>

No one here has dandruff... but then again, I make my own soaps /shampoos most of the time, and they usually contain tea tree oil, or nettle, etc. </SPAN>

      <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">I wash my hair once with shampoo, rinse, then scrub the scalp with baking soda, rinse and shampoo again. Also tea tree oil can be added to shampoo and shaken up to treat dandruff. Add about 1/4 of a one ounce bottle, can be bought at any health food store, or online.
