Whip up a batch of flour tortillas. Spread a little pizza sauce and sprinkle a little cheese on each tortilla.
My kids love these little pizzas. They make a great lunch.

In our house that would end up as "pizza-dillas".

On a tortilla, spread a bit of pizza sauce (or any other tomato-based

sauce), sprinkle a bit of any type of cheese on it, top with another

tortilla and heat through in a pan over medium heat. When the innards

are melty, remove from heat, let sit for a little bit, then cut into 6

or 8 wedges...depending how large your tortillas are.

      Enjoy!
