it's cream, like for your coffee. I think it's actually half milk and half cream, hence the half and half name.

Copycat McDonalds Milkshakes
Its half cream and half milk I think. DO you have
creamer for coffee... just mix that with some milk or
just use all creamer for a richer shake

thanks Amy . i think iunderstand now. yes we have creamer. also the powdered kind , which i hadnt thought of using till i read this

Copycat McDonalds Milkshakes
Half and Half is in the milk section. and is a milk product. kind of
like whipping cream, but not as heavy. hope that helps.

2 tablespoons half-and-half
