    *Quicken and Money both are not very good in the

    budgeting department.



    What do you mean exactly? I have MS Money, but haven't

    started using it yet. So far I've just been writing

    everything down in a notebook. But my main purpose to

    be using Money will be for budgeting, so I'm

    interested to know what you are referring to.
