Easy Rolls
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>This recipe is from Paula Deen's cookbook. I tried it yesterday and
my family LOVED them. Plus they really are ... EASY!
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour and milk. Add sugar
and mayonnaise. (Dough will be tacky). Spoon into lightly greased
muffin tins and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Yeilds: 6 rolls.
*If you are only using 6 cups and your muffin tin accomodates 9 or
12 muffins..fill empty tin cups 1/2 way with water prior to baking.
This helps to ensure moist rolls.
*Recipe doubles easily.
*The rolls will not be golden but instead will look very much the
same color as the original dough. Do not over cook as this will only
dry the rolls out.
