Default eggs in a muffin tin

Ok this is really cheap for me because I have my own chickens.

First preheat your oven to 350. Then you take a regular size muffin tin. Put a pat off butter in the cups you are going to use. Put pan in oven to melt the butter. When the butter is melted you take the pan out and crack one egg into each cup. Put back in to oven. When they start to set you can add cheese and cooked meat to the top. (I like swiss cheese and bacon) My daughter puts a dash of hot sauce in the butter and stirs it up before she adds the eggs. Cook then until they are done to your favorite way. (Runny or set) They are a great shape for biscuits. I have also done this with scrabled eggs for biscuits and it works ok.
