      Default Breakfast pie

3 large potatoes, OR 12 ounce package of hash browns
      1 cup shredded cheese
      4 eggs, scrambled
      salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased glass pie place.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until egg mixture is set in the middle. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve hot.

This sounds good but It would be even better if you lined your baking dish with bacon strips first and the topped it off with bacon.
