Front load washer problems

Has anyone had problems with your front load washer, if you have one? We...

Has anyone had problems with your front load washer, if you have one? We got one about 4 months ago. Got it through Aaron's (rent to own) Store. I know, it could cost more in the long run. But we plan to pay it off early so we don't have to pay so much interest. My top loader died after several years, so we decided to upgrade to a front loader. Thinking that it may save on water and the electric. I love it, washes good and it does use less water. Which is great. But the problem I had was, it locked up on me and I couldn't get my clothes out. So we had to have it worked on. They got my clothes out after a day of being locked in the washer. So they work on it and then redeliver it. I was so happy to have it back, that I loaded it up to get caught back up on the laundry again. They had it for 2 weeks to have it serviced. Well it filled up with water,(I mean you could see the water at the top of the door), never did that before. The door flu open and I had a flood on my hands. What a mess. So I call them back and they came back out that day to get it again. They gave me a loaner washer each time. This time I told them that they could keep it. I wasn't going to pay on something that wasn't going to work right. The set that we had was GE front load washer and dryer set. I looked up this model and from what I was reading this model is full of problems. So I ask them to give me another set for the same price, or I wasn't going to buy anything from them again. The next day they offered me another model. This time we got a Frigdire set, and they thru in the pedalstools for free at the same price as the GE. This set works much better. Has anyone else had problems?

He is so funny to watch, and loves it when we come to pet him. This is our first baby, but her second one. She is a great mom too. We have another one coming in the spring time, from another mare we have. We are very excitied to have this one and looking forward to the next one. We love our horses, and spoil them more than we probably should. But someone has to do it, so we do.

I just needed to complain. We haven't had any air on yet. The a/c unit keeps missing up, and isn't working right. We've had someone here a couple of times to looking at it. It was working up until yesterday, it died. Went to town, and came home to a hot house. The heat index yesterday was 105, and it well be again today. But the a/c guy can't get here until later in day to look at it again.

Well one thing about it, I should be able to loss more weight with all the sweating I'm doing here. Plus I have to say that these days I guess we are spoiled to the a/c. Way back when they didn't have this kind of luxary. So I guess I shouldn't complain to much. At least I have fans and a roof over my head.

Okay to start with, I have been having problems with my feet for sometime...

Okay to start with, I have been having problems with my feet for sometime now. The pain got to the point of being unbearable. So I went to my Dr., and she referred me to the Foot clinic 25 miles away. So the next day I went, hoping that they would be able to help me.

Well long story short, I have spurs on both heals and the soft tissue is flaired up. Also they said that I have torn tendens on bottom of both feet. Okay, so I ask what can be do to help it heal up. So they taped up both my feet, and also taped a pad on the bottom of my feet. And told me to wear this for a week, and then come back. So I did this for two days, and it was very hard to walk. After working one night for 9 hours, the next day my feet were so swollen that I couldn't even walk or even think about going to work. So I call them and ask if this is normal. No, it isn't they say. So they ask me alot of questions. Then I find out that this was an experiment that they tried on me, and wasn't sure if it would work or not.

Now I'm mad. So I feel that since this little experiment that they did on me didn't work, that I shouldn't have to pay for the whole bill. I understand the visit, but not for the supplies that they wasted on me and didn't work. My question is, do I have a right to tell them that I shouldn't have to pay for something that didn't work? I don't think that I should. I missed 8 hours of work because my feet swelled so badly I couldn't walk to even make it to work. Then to find out that they didn't know if this would work or not, because it was an experiment. What do you all think?

Well it's been one of those weekends. So busy, it's hard to get anything done. My oldest DS had a band festival yesterday and got top score. We were so happy for him, and he worked so hard at it.

Then in the middle of the day my DH sister calls and tells me that their mom is in the hospital with kidney stones. Here I am an hour and half away from them and couldn't get there. She had 4 for them. They got one of them, and then put in a stint for her to pass two of them. They said that one of them was to large for her to pass. That they couldn't get it, because of an infection. So they said that she would have to come back in two weeks so they could get the largest one still in there.

I have never had them myself. Is it normal to wait two weeks like that? I worry that she might be in to much pain to wait. But I also wonder if they are waiting for the infection to go away too. Does anyone know anything about this, is it normal to wait that long? She is suppose to be sent home today, we'll see if that happens or not.

We had a bad ice storm two years ago, and was withour power for 2 weeks. It's not looking to good this time either. Sure hope we don't go through that again. At least we have a fireplace this time. Can keep warm and cook on it if need be. They didn't let school out early enough, so alot of buses on the ditches here, it's a real mess. Hope this ends soon.

Every season that comes around I try to find the time to clean out closets and draws. Now that Christmas has come and gone, I felt that the closets all needed to be gone through. I have three boxes full of vaires things, and a black trash bag full of good clothes. Today I'm taking everything to a Goodwill close by, ours is called Crosslines. Great place to buy cheap good clothing. I'm hoping that someone will be able to use the clothes that my kids can no longer wear. And the closets look so much cleaner. Amazing what you can find that you forget you had. The boys don't play with half of their toys anymore, so I was thinking that another little one might get some enjoyment out of them. And everything is going to a place that is affordable and the money goes toward help families in need. It makes me feel better knowing that I can help so how.
