  3. Things to do and see in my soon to be new city

    So we're moving to the Columbus, GA area in a few weeks, and I've been researching things to do and see. If, by chance, you are from that area, or know about it, please feel free to add to my list. We have a ton of vacation days and we will be free for over a month when we get there!

  4. I ran for 30 minutes this morning...

    ...now all I want to do is sleep!

    Exercise is supposed to energize me, not make me want to sleep. But, it does. It makes me want to take a nap when I get home from the gym.

    I am going again tomorrow. Think I will hop on a recumbant bike or an elliptical machine.

  5. Want to start running

    I would like to start running (jogging) for health, and I need to start doing this slowly. I looked online and found a running program called Couch to 5K. It's a walk-run program that gradually increased the amount of run time and decreases the amount of walk time so that, by week 9, you're running 3 miles without walking.
