wow my women study class showed a werid movie today. It call syrian bride. I get all confuse with it. I guess I will pick another movie to write the 4 pages essay then.

I kinda feel sick. And my not so pretty face is now completly ugly. It now cover with acne (or not) and it itch and I keep scratching it. It is going to leave mark on my face.

Any suggestion to get rid of scar. OR prevent one.

Please don't say don't scratch it. I am trying not to do it ...

I would like to start running (jogging) for health, and I need to start doing this slowly. I looked online and found a running program called Couch to 5K. It's a walk-run program that gradually increased the amount of run time and decreases the amount of walk time so that, by week 9, you're running 3 miles without walking.
