Ingredients:
1 cup fennel seed
3 tablespoons coriander seed
2 tablespoons white pepper corns
3 tablespoons kosher salt
Lightly toast first 3 ingredients, cool and grind to a fine powder.
Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
