Ingredients:
1/2 Lb Dry red chiles
1/2 Lb Coriander seeds
2 Oz Cumin
1 Oz Turmeric
1 Oz Mustard seeds
Grind dry spices to a fine powder and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or
jar).
To use: sprinkle on fish (2 tsp per lb)
