Ingredients:

1 tablespoon unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag, seal, & shake well.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place and use

within 6 months. Recipe makes 1 package (1/4 c.)
